NASA wants to put nuclear reactors on the moon
NASA, the DoD and the DOE plan to launch a 20 kWe nuclear reactor to orbit by 2028 and land a larger one on the Moon by 2030, aiming for continuous power and propulsion to secure U.S. space superiority.
